What can you expect from my blog?
I focus on sharing real life experience from my daily work as Lean & Agile coach in the automotive industry. Therefore my target audience are change agents, coaches, trainers, managers, facilitators, developers, and everyone else who is interested in Lean & Agile practices and organizational change. The content in this blog reflects my personal opinion and is not coordinated with my employer. My work is highly inspired by the books I read and my professional life.
Remark: I started this blog in German and switched later to English to reach a more international audience. This is why older blog posts appear only in German.
